Academy Guidelines
Our Academy Guidelines to protect everyone from Covid-19 from 22.6.2020.
Guidelines to Participate in Training:
We ask all current members or persons potentially participating in trial lessons not to train for 14 days if any of the following points apply:

After a Coronavirus test with a positive result or while waiting for results of a Coronavirus test

If you show cold or flu symptoms

After known contact with a person who has tested positive for Coronavirus
We strongly recommend to observe the 14-day waiting period also in the following cases:

After trips abroad to countries with an increased risk of infection according to the Federal Office of Public Health

After trips abroad by airplane (independent of countries visited)

After training in other contact sports or other Jiu-Jitsu academies, as well as after any competitions in contact sports

After participating in large events (demonstrations, concerts, etc.)

In addition, we recommend the SwissCovid app to all members (available from 25.6.2020)
Organizational Guidelines:

Tracking attendance is mandatory

Washing/disinfecting hands upon entry is mandatory for everyone

No visitors in the Academy during training (also applies to parents during the kids' classes)

In case of multiple classes in a row: please wait outside until all previous members have left the Academy

Unfortunately, we cannot currently accomodate single classes (one-off classes of non-Academy members)

Trial classes only with appointment
